When The Rona hit, Sally and Jim had a choice - wait for who-knows-how-long to have their wedding, or do it straight away, following the guidelines to make sure no one was at risk. Even up to the morning of the wedding, Sally was so clear with me that if I didn’t feel comfortable, she would understand if I couldn’t shoot it. I’m so glad they decided to have a crack. Hanging with Jim and Sally - who also happens to be an amazing painter, was such a treat. Meeting Sally’s Dad, who was a legend at my old footy club, the Uni Blacks, was also a highlight ;)
This was a glorious, unique, heartfelt wedding, beautifully organised by Prue Takle, the superstar Melbourne celebrant, and filmed and live-streamed by the legends at Edney Celebrations.
This is not a day I will easily forget.
